Refund policy

The Official IQ Test runs on a monthly subscription that opens with a short paid trial. Your first 5 days cost $1.99, which lets you see the whole service before the monthly price begins, and you can cancel at any time to stop what comes next. This page explains how that works, when a refund applies, and how to ask for one.

• Trial: one charge of $1.99 USD for 5 days of full access.
• Subscription: $19.99 USD a month after the trial, until you cancel.
• Payment: processed securely by Stripe. Prices can differ by country and by whichever promotion is running at the time.

Cancelling stops the next charge, and your access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

Trial charges are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Once the monthly subscription is running:

• The surest way to avoid a charge is to cancel your subscription ahead of your next billing date.
• If a renewal has already been taken, we look at refund requests case by case. Email us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

There are two ways to cancel, and either way your access continues to the end of the current period:

• By yourself: open the cancellation page, enter the email you paid with, and one click inside Stripe's secure billing portal ends it.
• By email: write to support@salesfactory.media from the address you paid with, and we cancel within 2 working days.

To ask for a refund on a renewal charge:

• Write to support@salesfactory.media and put "Refund request" in the subject.
• Give us the email you paid with and the date of the charge.
• We reply within 2 business days.

When a refund is approved:

• the money goes back to the card or method you originally paid with
• your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days
• the subscription ends immediately
• premium access closes as soon as the refund is processed

Cancelling stops future charges while your paid period runs out as normal. A refund reverses a charge that has already gone through. Most people only need to cancel, which takes about a minute on the cancellation page.

As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive to withdraw from a purchase. Because The Official IQ Test is a digital service that begins the moment you pay, starting the trial means you agree to waive that withdrawal right. You keep the right to cancel future renewals at any time, through the cancellation page or by emailing support@salesfactory.media.

This policy may be revised from time to time. The current version lives here and applies once posted, so it is worth a check now and then to be sure no future charge takes you by surprise.
